Hi I’m just wondering what kind of occupancy a 1 bedroom flat in Brighton would get. Toying with the idea of letting out my apartment and renting somewhere else

@Dan18930 You can (and probably should) buy data from Airdna or a similar company. Don't forget that you will pay significant tax on any earnings and the cost of renting somewhere else for yourself is not tax deductible so you will probably lose money.
