Hi,

I have been on Airbnb for quite some time now on one of listings I used to get so many guests and all of a sudden it stopped. On my new listings I have never gotten guests it’s shocking SOS PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

@Natalie1425  Your newest listings are beautiful and grande!  However the pics are not doing them justice.  They are very dark and professional pics would make a big difference.  Your listing that has 24 reviews is bright, colorful and cheerful.  You also have a ways to go on your listing descriptions on the newest ones.  

Speak to your avatar guests, talk about what to do and see in your locale. You can use ChatGPT to create some compelling descriptions.  You likely have an idea who your guests are from the one listing with the reviews.  Have Chat create some descriptions about your location targeting the guests that have already visited the area. 

Also the Villa listing with the lovely turrets has a check in time between 2PM-4 PM, not sure if that is a mistake or over sight but that's a small window for travelers to check in.
