Offline status while sleeping

How do you show guests you are sleeping and will respond when you are back online?

Actually Airbnb might be doing this already. I was recently a guest and during one of my message threads with my host a pop up message said something along the lines of "your host is probably sleeping right now" or maybe just a reminder that we were in different time zones... can't remember exactly. But it was handy.
