One or three?

I apologize for asking this question that has probably been asked a million times already.  We have two bedrooms and one tiny house that we want to list.  Each of the three have unique characteristics, so three separate prices.  Can we combine them into one listing or do I have to set up three separate ones, each with its own unique name?

@David11756 3 separate listings for sure. Before you start switch on pro-tools in your account and you will get a much better calendar for managing 3 listings.

IF they are on the same site you could also consider a combined 5 bedroom listing but you must make it very clear that it only suits people who can sleep in separate houses.
