Hi I have a guest that has just asked if they can set up a payment plan with there booking through air bnb how do I allow them
to do this?

As @Shelley159 mentions, Airbnb handles all the payment arrangements.
If a payment plan is available, it will be shown to the guest when they attempt to book the stay.

The guest should contact Support (you can help them navigate there). I'd advise against doing anything more than making sure they get help from Airbnb. Payment is between Airbnb and the guest. You only control your listing, not the financial side, and should keep things simple by not getting involved there.
Airbnb Support is usually very good at handling this type of guest query and will assist.

If the check-in is less than the minimum lead time (e.g., 14 days), the option may not appear.
The reservation must be for a short-term stay (less than 28 nights) for certain “split payment” plans.
Guest can see their options at checkout.
