Two things. I noticed that the transfer to my bank account did not happen. I looked into my settings and found that Airbnb had reset my account to not send payouts until a &50,000 threshhold was reached. Seriously?? I am the only one who has access to my listing. How did this happen?
Second, one of my payments "dissappeared". The review is there, but there is no record of payout from Airbnb. What do I do?
As we do not have access to your account here, it might be difficult to advise you. I wonder if you've reached out to the Support team to ask them to look into both of these issues? What did they say?
