Payout Issue

Hi, 

I listed my Airbnb about a month ago. I have entered in my bank account information to get paid and it has been approved. All of my information is correct. However, whenever someone books a reservation at my house, my bank information gets deleted and I have to re-enter it again. I have had to do this about 4 times. I have reached out to Airbnb support every time and they are not much help. Has anyone had this problem? I need help getting this resolved.

@Madison278  That is very strange.  Have you been paid at all for any reservations?  If you have been paid than I would not worry about it until you haven't .  It could just be a user interface/glitch on the platform.

There is a scam going on that is quite popular where you get a call from what appears to be Airbnb where they ask you to repeat back a code that is sent to you.  This code gives them access to your account.  Please don't ever engage with anyone that randomly calls you from Airbnb because they do not randomly call you.

Hi @Madison278 , this seems quite a unique issue and I am reading it for the first time in the community. Have you heard back from the Customer Support team or have they advised anything regarding the payouts?
