Pet policy

I have a guest that brought 3 dogs and I have a no pet policy.  They are not service dogs.    I also have a guest coming 4 days after them that has allergies and was happy to be in a pet free home.  Is there anything I can do about this? Possibly get the carpets cleaned at least at their expense or what is recommended in a case like this?

It is very rude to bring 3 dogs into an accommodation with a "no pet" policy.

I assume they did not mention the dogs at time of booking (in the booking form) ?

 

Why did you let them check-in with the dogs ?

Your accommodation is for humans, not for animals (thats where dog kennels are for).
