Pics on check in instructions

I have read and re-read how to add pics to check in instructions, but I do not see the access to do so on my computer.  I would like to add pics of what they will see while driving up to my location.  My guest are having a hard time, Im on an island.

I have not used this tool in a while but, last time I checked, you had to do it via the App.

Think this might be one of those Airbnb software anomalies I couldn't find the link on my computer either but had no problems using my android notepad to take photos and uploaded easily Works really well and guest's love the simplicity of self check in

I can't find this feature anymore.  Seem like they removed it 😞

Hi Nancy,

To add photos to your check-in instructions on Airbnb via your computer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Your Listings:

    • Log into your Airbnb account on your computer.
    • Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and select "Listings" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Edit the Check-in Instructions:

    • Select the listing where you want to add the photos.
    • Scroll down to "Guest Resources" and click on "Check-in Instructions."
  3. Add Photos:

    • Under the "Add Check-in Details" section, there should be an option to upload photos in each step, like "Arrival Instructions" or "Finding the Location."
    • If you don't see this, it might be under a specific section like "Access Instructions" or "Location Instructions."
    • Click "Upload Photos," then select the pictures you want to add, like the view of the property as guests drive up.
  4. Save Changes:

    • Once you've added your photos, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

I used Google browser and it worked. Just make sure to If you’re still not seeing the option, there may be an issue with the browser or platform.

Try clearing your cache or using a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.), or check the Airbnb app on a mobile device. Sometimes features are more accessible on the app than the desktop version.

I hope this helps.

All the best,
