Prevent pending reservations to block my calendar and cause unnecessary losses to me

Hi,

how do i prevent pending reservations to block my calendar ?

It costs me money when blocked reservations expire or are withdrawn or can't fulfill requirements and I could have sold the place.

Also, can I waive ID-Checks for a guest who is blocking my calendar ?

Often places are blocked and can't be booked and in the end the guest can't get their reservation through and I produce losses.

Normal for me would be if a guest can't comply to requirements, they would automatically make a reservation request that turns into a reservation if the place is not rented to someone else in the pending meantime.

AirB should please keep hosts from unnecessary losses.
