Airbnb must have a break-down of fees when guests click on the total. We've been lowering our cleaning fee for a reason and now Airbnb includes all fees, include theirs. This is unfair as our low rate and cleaning have been hijacked. This new ridiculous method has been affecting our booking badly!!!
I am observing the same! I am a superhost, usually 100% booked, and after this change I saw a large decrease of bookings. This is forcing a model that benefits them, instead of considering an offering to hosts and travelers to display both the nightly rate and total price, or at least allow users to toggle between the two.
