Yes, you can create rule sets for things like rates, discounts, length of stay, and check-in and checkout, and you can select the dates in the listing's calendar that you want to apply the rule sets.  Here is US Airbnb Help Center article for rule sets: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2062 and here is the Brazilian Portuguese Airbnb Help Center article: https://www.airbnb.com.br/help/article/2062.
