Pricing and managing listings

Hi,

I just started hosting 4 days ago and am struggling with a few things being new to the platform. How do you set pricing for your home without using any pricing tools like Price Labs? I did set a nightly rate but in order to be competitive i see people use dynamic pricing. We are about to hit peak season, so any suggestions? If i use a pricing tool then, airbnb charges 15% service fee which is too much.

If you don't want to use a pricing tool you can do your own market research and see what your competitors charge @Paramjot0 

I think you misunderstood how pricing works if you use management software and cover the guest fee you just increase your day rates proportionately to take the 15% into account.
