Hello,

New here in the community, just wanted to know where can I see the average price for 1 night of properties for an airbnb.

Does Airbnb have this options or I just browse the booking sections to see the average prices.

I am based here in Philippines and we have two condo units here in AZURE NORTH San Fernando Pampanga.

Hi @Nolito2 

On the Airbnb app, go to your Calendar, then tap on your preferred date. Next, tap the nightly price, and you’ll be able to see the Total Guest Price, which shows what guests actually pay, including Airbnb fees. You can also view the pricing of similar listings in your area, which can be helpful when comparing your rates and deciding whether you want to adjust your pricing to stay competitive.
