Hey!

I’m a newbie and wondered if my pricing is to high compared to other listings.

I’ve put a lot of time into the space and think it offers a lot. I know this is not the end all when it comes to making a reservation .

This is an international community @John7797 so the vast majority of us wouldn't know your market and therefore what pricing policy you should adopt. .

Have you looked at Supply and demand for your sort of listing and what sort of pricing your competitors are adopting.
