Problem with iCal import blocking imported dates

I have local events (UK basketball and Football) that I need to be aware of in my booking calendars. When I import the ical events into Airbnb calendar, it blocks all those event days. If I make the days available again, it takes away the events.

I have to say, VRBO does this very well. It just adds a dot on the days of events, and clicking that dot will tell you what event it is.

Please let me know if there is a workaround to this problem on airbnb.

@Carin695  It is not going to be as seamless as importing an ical, but you can select a calendar day and add a private note to that day WITHOUT it becoming blocked.  You then see a DOT above the date on your calendar.
