Hello, I had a WILD THING happen to me recently when I put a claim in against a guest. WE SHOULD ALL BE VERY CONCEREND IF THIS IS THE NEW WAY AIR B N B WILL BE HANDELING OUR CLAIMS!!! I called into Air b n b first to double check before I submitted the claim.
The submission was for a soap dispenser and shower handle that were pulled of the shower stall and the microwave who's corner was melted.
I was given the go ahead to submit the claim. I took photos, got repair estimates, it was close to $350.00 worth of damage to the accommodation.
THEN SOME ONE HIGHER UP AT RESOLUTIONS FABRICATED A FALSE CLAIM AGAINST ME AND A GUEST WHO HAS NEVER STAYED HERE. THE GUEST IS NOT HERE UNTIL SEPT. 2026!!!
WHY WOULD I PUT A CLAIM IN FOR A GUEST WHO HAS NEVER STAYED HERE!!!
This new guy at resolutions bold faced lied and pushed this FALSE CLAIM forward plus a new group of unbelievable requests for proof of damage, way past photos.
I have to have the microwave examined by a repair tec in my town to verify the melted corner of it cant be repaired. This is regardless of the phots that clearly show the damage!
I have been 10 years a super host and my last claim was 2 years ago for less than $160.00.
I believe this new approach by Air b n b resolutions can happen to any of us!
DOSE ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GO ABOVE THIS GUY ?
SOME ONE IS PROTECTING HIM! HE IS OPORATING WITH IMUNITY AND IMPUNITY!!!
I CANT GET BY THE FRONT LINE HELP AT AIR B N B. I HAVE CALLED IN NUMEROUS TIMES, THEY INITIALY TRY AND HELP AS THEY CAN SEE THE PROBLEM, THEN DISAPERAR WITHOUT RESOVING ANYTHING WITH A CLOSED CONVERSATION.
This new resolutions person I was transfer to, who created the false claim, told me through the Air b n b thread that I must be so disappointed that I cant get the money from the phony claim.
ITS THE CLAIM HE FABRICATED!!!
He is thumbing his nose and I cant do anything about what he has done!
He has been doing this for a while and is very confident he can make me go away!
THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ANY MORE!!! I dont care if I get paid for the original claim!!!
I WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS STOPS BEFORE IT BECOME ENTRENCHED AND IS A REGULAR PROBLEM FOR HOSTS! THIS GUYS NEEDS TO BE STOPED!
No one at Air b n b will tell me if the phony claim is going to cause me problems with my super host standing.
