Hi 👋 I am just  here looking for recommendations on property management. What company does everyone use to manage their air BNB ? I only have one property. It’s in spring Texas. I thought I can do all of this by myself but now I just realize the stress and time may not worth it. I also have other business to take care of. Some guests just giving me so much headache. I am actually considering to quit hosting air BNB and putting my property for long term rental . But I thought I would give it a last try by having someone manage for me and see how it goes. If someone could give me some recommendations, and how much do they charge ? Would I still make any money ? Would really appreciate it.

1. You would need to run a profit and loss budget to see how profitable it's likely to be

I would recommend cohost heaven , they charge 10%

and they are based in texas.
