Cover Photo, change to something else. I searched as a potential Guest and you were on page one, the conpetions Cover Photos were pools views Beaches just more touristy pictures.
just reviem the after 9pm surcharge. Most of potential Guests are flying in from another country that might mean the majority land late at night. If true, I would just add in the fee to your pricing for everyone. Shoppers get nervous about add on fees.
Your ad drscription. Your Reviews speak highlt your warm your friendly you know the area share your knowledge. ITweak your ad to reflect you and your love of the location. If I am vacationing in Italy, don't speak Italian, am not familar with the area. what a jot to have a friendly host who does speak the language and share with me the highlights of the area.
Then to rebuild traffic use the Airbnb Custom Discounts so Airbnb markets. I do like just 3 or 4 days each week 3 or 4 different weeks. Then Airbnb is advertising my lisring 3 or 4 times. Also the discount is easier to absorb if 3 sale days but the rest of the days full price in a reservation
