I assume it will be auto-detected and removed or flagged.
Personally I wouldn't try something like that, just in case it gets me some sort of tick against my name.
Most things that you do "wrong" don't necessarily get you banned, they just move you down in search results ...

A QR code is just a link to the virtual tour, nothing fancy. But you gotta watch out for which online QR code generator you use. Lots of them will send you to their own site first to track your visit before sending you to the actual link. That's probably what Shelley159 was talking about. The one I use doesn't do any of that tracking stuff. Just search for OpenQR.

It seems Airbnb has been flagging more photos lately - an image of a QR code may very well be blocked.
