Quick question regarding our listing strategy

We currently have the property listed as a whole 6-room unit. Can we also create separate listings for individual rooms (ex: 1-room or 2-room options) to attract smaller groups?

If so, what’s the best way to manage calendar syncing to prevent double-bookings, and are there any specific Airbnb guidelines we should keep in mind for this setup? Thanks!

@Maihana0 You can but it is fraught with issues. If you have more than 1 group staying in a property without the host you risk being blamed if the common areas are not always spotless.

You can link calendars but not for all situations so some would need to be on a request to book basis.

Yes it is possible. You can create a listing fro each room (or combinations of rooms) you want to offer.

(If have setup 1 room listing use the "duplicate" function to save time creating the next one)
