Quick replies issue with check in method

Screenshot 2025-12-06 at 1.18.41.pngScreenshot 2025-12-06 at 1.19.12.pngI have set up quick reply that sends the access codes to user and I want to include shortcut to the check in method that I filled in in the listing  arrival guide.  I get this error "Add check in method to use this template" then wen I try to edit this template it shows me popup to add check in method and when I click it it takes me to my listing and shows my filled in check in method with added instructions. but the template is still in red. 

 

How can I fix this ?

Are you sure you have Lockbox selected properly under check-in method in the arrival guide? I believe you have to add text using the pencil icon to it in order to activate the choice.

I have the same issue. I even removed the smart lock and re added it. The error remains and the scheduled messages are not sent out. Any other tips to fix this?

Is yours a new listing? You don't have a property attached to your profile?

Not a new listing. This happens every now and then. I just changed my setting to lockbox and then waited a while and added smart lock again. Seems to be working now.
