Dear Sir ,

                 since from, 3 months we are not able to list our property , so many times we have submitted the documents... still verification is pending ,,, just two days back again documents have been re submitted ...now its asking for our MD selfie , where in our desk top we dont have webcam , where as if i send link to the registered mobile no , AIRBNB app doesnt open in cell phone ... kindly help us to list the property ...

Hi! To complete the verification process, Airbnb is asking for a selfie.

I recommend downloading the Airbnb app on your mobile phone so you can easily take and upload your selfie directly through the app  it’s the most convenient and reliable way to do it.

If you already have the app make sure it is updated,  just log in, go to your profile or notifications, and follow the steps Airbnb provides. Make sure you’re in a well-lit area and that your face is clearly visible in the photo.
