REMOVAL OF LISTING

REMOVAL OF LISTING

Hi everyone,

Can somebody help me with this? I need advice from fellow hosts too.

Airbnb removed my current listing because they said it is the same place as a previous listing that allegedly did not follow the Ground Rules for Hosts. But upon accessing the said original listing, it’s not available or I can’t access it. (see photos for reference)

The issue is that I am the authorized property manager of the unit. I submitted documents showing owner authorization, unit details, admin documents, and proof that I actively manage the property.

However, Airbnb still closed the appeal and did not clearly explain the specific violation connected to the previous listing. No warnings, no due process.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to request a deeper manual review or identify the exact ground rule violation?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

This typical a so called "duplicate listing" issue:

I new listing created by the new owner of the place, while the old one is still active, or when not active the old listing has caused problems in the past.

If you search this community with keywords "duplicate listing" you will find similar stories and discussions.

It seems not to be easy to have it resolved by Airbnb.
