My ideas would be change the cover photo to your beautiful exterior with hot tub.  Beautiful!

Emphasize things visitors to Arizona are not aware of more known to Arizonians. lol

Your house is very big so very spacious.

Sedona doesn't enjoy my Buckeye AZ 110 degree days. Haha

Sedona is a perfect venue for professional picture taking or amateur photographers It is beautiful

Your house is big even for Arizona and I know when we were buying we were really impressed with size of houses and number of bathrooms that is normal.

I wonder if you could tie in with a photo company.  Like Mother's Day coming up I bet you could get a sale price for guests.

So much fun lol.  Only one Experience offers a photo shoot at Red Rock and not cheap haha.

A photographer so no beautiful rental like you have.  You could hook up even with her list your property 2 packages as you have now and the second with some memory photo package.  If it isn't profitable you just delete that bad idea haha.

I know... I had all of my picture windows replaced and the new photos were not as great- so I left them all up... I do need to go through them for sure.
