Refund question

How do I refund someone who cancelled the first day of their stay? I tried, and there wasn't an option I could find since their stay had "started". She was very polite and only cancelled due to the ice storm we got last week.

You should be able to alter the reservation dates by using the Change Reservation Tab in the reservation details; scroll to the bottom:
