Registration Number for Listing?

Hello,

   My wife and I live in the United States and want to list a property we own in Guatemala on Airbnb. We will manage the listing from the US and are being asked if we have a "registration number" as we do our initial set up on the Airbnb app. Is it advisable to register and operate as an LLC from the US? Register as a Guatemalan entity? Or continue setting up our listing without a "registration number"?
