Hello @Zee164

No normally any existing reservations will remain with the same cancellation terms that were in place at the time of booking and will not be cancelled by Airbnb.  Are there any local restrictions on short term letting for Quebec City that may be in play here?

If you change to the new 32 night minimum stay for future bookings you will automatically fall in Airbnb's  long term policy which is detailed below:

@Zee164 They shouldn't cancel existing reservations. Any changes only apply for bookings made after the change.

The only thing I am not sure about is what happens if the bookings made previously were illegal. If they were then I think you would need to cancel these yourself.

It may be better to ask locally (but quietly) if a change to local requirements retroactively influences existing reservations (if one has happened), instead getting Airbnb involved in any shape or form.
