I recently started Airbnb hosting, my first listing is of a whole basement unit, it has two rooms. yesterday I created two more listings of individual rooms and a link to the main listing.
My question is doing so beneficial in terms of revenue, and bookings?
Strangely, I do not see a new rooming list on Airbnb search anywhere.
Also, any feedback on my current main listing? https://airbnb.com/h/alternative-to-expensive-hotel-entire-place-to-stay-in-toronto
Hi, I hope you're well 😊
I'd like to invite some of our lovely Hosts to share some advice and feedback on your listing: @Gwen38 @Patricia2526
Not necessarily obviously you can rent out a two bed place for much more than two individual bedroom in a shared listing.
and you can have issues if one set of guests are noisy and don't keep the place clean.
Your cleaning costs will be much higher too. @Rishabh24
@Rishabh24 Honestly, I would remove the word cozy from the description. It's definitely not cozy. You'd need to up the decor, add some color and some warmth for it to be even close to cozy. Area rugs and some throw pillows would go a long way. If you don't want to invest in additional decor, then describe it for what it is. It looks like a very utilitarian place to stay.
And don't let guests receive mail at your address regardless of how long they stay. You have to be wary of tenancy being established if you're going to do long stays, depending on the regulations in your jurisdiction.
