Hello everyone!
One of our listings was removed by Airbnb due to three negative reviews, and unfortunately, the appeal was unsuccessful.
We would like to confirm whether this specific property is eligible to be listed again as a new listing.
If so, could you please explain the process we need to follow and whether there are any specific requirements or approvals needed before relisting the property?
Thanks for your help! 🙂
Hi @Experience-Vacation-Rentals0
As far as I know, if Airbnb removes a listing because of serious listing or policy issues, simply creating a new account and relisting the same property doesn’t necessarily solve the problem. Airbnb may be able to identify the property and its history, and the new listing can potentially be flagged and removed as well.
So I wouldn’t recommend trying to work around a listing removal by using a different account. It’s better to understand exactly why the original listing was removed and work with Airbnb Support if there’s an option to appeal or have the property reviewed.
As a large scale property management company with over a thousand reviews and multiple listings , I would hope that you know better how Airbnb works . @Experience-Vacation-Rentals0
its against Airbnbs T&Cs to set up duplicate listings in a bid to hide previous poor reviews.
With a 4.49 average ratings I would pay urgent attention to what is causing your poor reviews and make improvements before Airbnb suspends you completely,
Kindly reread my comment. What I said was that I wouldn’t recommend trying to work around the issue. @Helen3
