Removing property management

In a bit of a situation here- Early this month I had to remove my previous property management as they stopped paying me. Once I had the firing talk with the manager, the previous management made the listing booked but did not take the listing down. To stop the cashflow loss I had already received I created my own listing and had new management run it through my own account. Well sadly, within this last week Airbnb flagged MY listing as a duplicate and is now removing it. I appealed with my homeowner statement and mortgage, and they denied my claim and are taking it down within the next few weeks. I'm not sure what to do, if I relist It will likely get flagged again for duplication and put me back in the same situation. Any and all advise will be greatly appreciated.

Yes...sadly this is a result of Airbnb's AI that searches for duplicate listings and suspends them. This is especially true if the previous listing had negative reviews.

Take a look at this post for some possible ideas:

thank you, luckily previous management had a few 4 starts but mainly 5 star reviews. My biggest issue so far is just fighting the appeal, as the specialized team only communicates via email.
