Rental insurance recommendation in California

Were a host in Los Ángeles looking for a reputable rental insurance broker who can provide a comprehensive policy for your guest house on the property of our primary residence. Also an umbrella policy. Thank you for any referrals! 

also, does anyone use a renter’s release?
