Renting out both units of a duplex

Hello! I have just in this last month become live on Airbnb as a new host. My property is a two level duplex, upper and lower. So far, only the bottom level is fully furnished and is available to book. My original plan however, was to rent out both of them. Logistically speaking, I am starting to wonder if renting out both units as two listings would be something guests would find attractive. I of course want to be able to provide a space that both parties would be able to have privacy in, which is kind of my main concern. I have a fully gated backyard as well as a laundry room in the basement that they would have to share. Would guests not choose to book because of the lack of privacy? Would just listing the whole duplex as one unit be best? I’d love to hear from any other hosts that have a similar situation and what they think/have done with renting out both levels. Or just ideas in general! Thanks so much.

@Adhina1 we have 3 listings in the same building comprising a 1 bed, a 2 bed and a 3 bed flat. In high season the 3 bed does best. In all seasons the 1 bed does fine. If the space allows you could have 3 listings namely upstairs, downstairs and both.  Linking the relevant calendars will avoid double bookings and you should then find out what the market wants.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am in the process of going forward with 3 listings. We will see how it takes!
