Renting out two rooms in same home.

If I rent out one room on AirBNB but then create another listing on AirBNB to rent out another bedroom in the same house.

Do I have to let the guests know they are staying in a house with another AirBNB guest?

I usually stay in the house when I have a guest but at the moment I am not living in the house and need to maximise my revenue.

I already state the bathroom is shared.

Yes, you should prominently write this detail in the listing description.  Plus, when setting up your room listing, choose the appropriate options regarding shared space and who will be in the rental: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/317.  These selections will be displayed near the top of the listing page similar to this one:
