Replacing my unique RV stay with another RV

Replacing my unique RV stay with another RV

Currently hosting in a 30 foot Keystone 2012 tow trailer and we have decided to upgrade.

Our intention is to swap out the new unit into the exact same location as the former RV in the listing.

in this scenario, would this be considered a new listing?

Can I start promoting future bookings from the day it will be put in service next week August 28, 2026?

We have either filled our calendar with bookings or blocked dates through to the swap out, so would be a hard stop between stays with no overlap.

My plan would be to update booked guests on the new RV and give them an option to cancel, however the 5th wheel is pretty banging, and only new bookings would carry a new higher nights rate.

Is there anyone knowledgeable in how the community views this?

It's the same great outdoor space with the same great host and only the dress has changed, I believe I'd consider it the same listing;)

Thx for any feedback in advance.
