Replying to a guest request

Hi, I'm not sure my last conversation request went through. I'm getting texts from airbnb saying that I need to reply to a potential customer, but when I click on the link, it says it can't find the conversation. BUT that if I don't reply within 6 hours, it will mess up my response rate. I'm trying to reply. Thanks for any help!

@Beth4546  the guest probably withdraw his request. There is nothing you should or can do now.

Thank you!! That relieves my mind.

@Branka-and-Silvia0  When I had a guest withdraw a request, it actually said that on the page with our message stream. "XX has withdrawn their request", or something like that.

@Beth4546 You say you’re clicking a link from a text message. Have you actually gone into your Airbnb inbox to look for the thread?
