Looking at your Review Categories is a real struggle.  You want those also as close to a 5 ranking as possible.

Some things like a small ding on cleanliness could be simple dust was seen so better dusting.

Other things like check in a clearer description, They figured it out but people don't want to figure out how to get into the property.

Your listing for location has taken a severe blow.  The Guests aren't saying unsafe or something seriously wrong.  That number does say that it did not match what the expectation created was by what they read.

Just what my impression reading your description, I don't know your location.  I pick up on luxury, prestige, and get an imagination of an elite vacation stay.  Guests are renting your property STR.  They are creating an experience for themselves and that experience is not just your rental.  Sight seeing hiking shopping beach every rental is different..  You are not targeting your right market.  Identify your market and speak to your market in your description.

Then use Airbnb Custom Discounts @20$ discount different days Airbnb Marketing for those days kicks in.

You also ma want to turn on Instabook temporarily that gives you a boost.
