Hello. My house was rented for a long period ( over a year) during that time I blocked availability on my Airbnb calendar . Hence there are no recent reviews. The tenant is more than willing to write a review but how can I add it to my listing without a booking to refer to?

If the guest didn't book the stay on Airbnb, you can't add their review from elsewhere (private booking or other platform). Unfortunately, the does mean you will probably be much lower in search rank, as you have no reviews on Airbnb for the system to see. I usually suggest my clients wait until they have at least 5 reviews on Airbnb, before offering longer stays on Airbnb or elsewhere for this reason.
