I am really struggling with setting pricing. I want to add a hefty last minute discount (bookings within 7 days) AND a weekly discount. I have created a rule set which does both of these. However what seems to be happening when I do a dummy 'purchase' entering the calendar is the 6 day price (if booked within 7 days) is CHEAPER than the 7 day price as the weekly discount appears to be overriding the much larger discount. How??

Hi @Oliver872, there are special rules for how nightly rates are calculated when you have multiple discounts.
If multiple discounts are available, only one can be applied per night.
If your rule-set includes multiple pricing rules, they’ll be applied in this order:
If you have a last minute discount and a weekly discount, only the weekly discount will be applied for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Kind regards.

Thank you so much Elena. That makes sense. It seems silly I have to say - but I guess those are the rules. 🙂
