Rule sets. Problem setting a ruleset permanently.

I decided to start a new topic. I described my problem earlier in the topic "Rule sets have dissapeared", but I did not know that the problem was more serious. All my defined sets of rules disappeared, which means I cannot select them from the menu and use them for the selected date. When I try to set a new set of rules, the application does not remember it. It can only be used once for selected dates, then this set of rules disappears. It seems that you have to create a separate set of rules for the selected date each time. This is impractical and pointless, this way you can set the base price for selected dates. The issue has been reported to support but I have yet to receive an answer other than an apology and a "system error".

If anyone has encountered this problem or knows a solution, please help.

Same problem here. Something must have gone bad with an app update at airbnb. Hope someone gets onto this really fast, rulesets are very important for me to achieve revenue management

For me the problem was solved. 😊
I got this message from the support department, it helped me:

"I suggest you to clear cookies and cache chrome, also try logging out and logging in into your account and try again after 24 hours you will be able to update the change."

I didn't have to wait 24 hours, my rulesets showed up immediately after clearing and logging back in.

I just realized that my rule sets have disapeared for 2025. This is unfortunate as I had a 30% increase for the weekend after Jan1 and now my calendar is completely full. What the heck Airbnb!!!
