Rule sets not showing my calendar....please help

Hi all

I am new to Airbnb and have a caravan to list once I've finished setting it up nice.

I have turned on my professional hosting tools and admin said they have enabled rule sets for me. However when I go to the calendar and then select my property on the left it still shows nothing for the next year. It actually says no results found. I have allowed export from Bookalet and copied it to the import section of Airbnb. On the professional calendar I have both rule sets and price boxes ticked.

The dates from Bookalet do show in the listing calendar so I know it has imported.

I hope this makes sense and someone can please help?

There isn't a property attached to your profile? Can you post the Listing URL so we can take a look?

Also, please post a screen shot of what you are referring to regarding the calendar.

The listing is not live yet as the prices and bookable days will all be wrong. The reason I need to set rules is for Monday and Friday check-ins only.

The multicalendar and Rule Sets are not available until the listing is live as are many other sections of the listing. Once you go live, you have alot more work to do to finish setting up the listing.

When you go live - immediately turn OFF Instant Book, so you have time to add all the information. Airbnb doesn't show your listing to guests after going live for 24-72hours for this reason. Once you have everything setup the way you want, then if you want to use Instant Book you can turn it back on. I don't recommend new Hosts use Instant Book though.

You can set checkin rules on the regular calendar without using a Rule Set:

Scroll down to more availability settings

Yes i already set them day things but they didn't seem to do anything. 

I will get it live then play around with it.
