STR Registration

Does anyone know how I can get this resolved? Airbnb Support has not been able to help for over a month.

We updated our STR license/registration number, but Airbnb’s system will not allow us to update the listing with the required documentation. The "Learn More" button takes us to an article. 

I’ve already submitted the documentation to Airbnb Support, and they emailed me confirming that the updated documentation was approved on their end. However, the listing still has not been updated and remains unlisted, so we are completely unable to receive new bookings.

This has been going on for over a month, and we’re losing bookings and revenue every day. Support keeps telling me it has been approved, but the listing remains unlisted.

Has anyone dealt with this issue before or know a specific way to escalate this to the team that handles STR/license verification?

I really don't want to create a new listing because we would lose all of our existing reviews and history.

Any advice on how to get this fixed ASAP would be greatly appreciated!
