I suggest to update the listings in the houserules section by:

- adding check-in/check-out times options

- adding the (no)smoking, (no)pets options

Also check if all amenities are listed.

for example: "essentials" should be there, as it is a hotel.

Description is only about surrounding highlights, not about the accommodation itself.

you offer "long term stays" (28 nights and more), which is not common for a hotel.
