Same phone number for multiple properties/accounts

Hi community,
I have a problem with phone number and I am not sure how to solve it.
I have a property management company that is trying to list multiple properties on Airbnb.
Properties will be registered on their owners not on our company. We will then be connected to each property as co-host. Our company is to register each property on Airbnb and we will use different email for each property. Owners don't want to be bothered with registration or anything else, so we wanted to put one phone number on each registration. And there we have a problem as Airbnb is not allowing us to use the same phone number on multiple registrations. Option to get other SIM card is not a solution as we will have dozens of properties.
Is there solution how to register multiple properties (have multiple accounts) with the same phone number?
