Especially because this is a "long term stay" asking the guests some more questions is advised !

I see all dates 2022,2023 etc. are now blocked on your calender (?).

If it was a booking request, then the guest could see herself if there was a pet fee or not.

@The-Den0  Do not take long term stays. This one is not necessarily a scam, but the guest seems clueless. As a new host, you don't want clueless long term guests or even clueless short term ones. A guest who is asking for a long term stay should realize she needs to give way more info about herself than simply that her parents died.

Unless you are restricted to 30 day+ stays in your area, I suggest you set your maximum stay length to 2 weeks. As a new host, you need  to build up reviews, which means shorter stays, and get accustomed to the platform and all the things hosts need to be aware of. It's a big learning curve.
