I want to schedule a Quick Reply for the day after arrival, which is a template offered by Airbnb. However, the dropdown option to createBut the dropdown by Event does not work.
I click on Custom Time the Event is greyed out and does not work. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I was using the iPad app which doesn’t work, but using the phone app seems to work ok. All sorted now and thanks for your input.
Hi @Peter4247 - on your last screenshot, I go to Custom Time and then set the preferences there. Is that not working?
No. The Event dropdown does not work. Very frustrating!

You will be surprised that the whole quick notes procedure is so poorly coded.
It can be caused by many things and it often needs multiple refreshes to make sure the server is keeping up with your changes.
My first suggestion is to create the note without attaching any event, save it, and then close the quick notes window. Open it again to check that the new note is there, and then try editing it and setting the event.
It could be due to other reasons, but I would start there.
