Seasonal property

How do Super Hosts maintain their status in seasonal communities with majority of rentals happening in a condensed period of time?

Hi @Marie11173 😊

Did you get the status this year?

Hi @Marie11173

The volume criteria is that you have to host at least 10 reservations or 3 reservations totaling at least 100 nights.

Even the first option (10 bookings) is not unrealistic in seasonal communities, because the assessment uses a rolling full year. In other words, each quarter it looks back at the last 4 quarters (which always includes all the seasons).
