Hi,

I had a question and I apologise if its been asked elsewhere. The new inclusive service fees with total price shown, is that inclusive of the cleaning fee too or we need to add the cleaning fee on to it as well?

The guests see a total fee that incluses all fees - cleaning, pet fees, additional person fee etc so it's important to increase the price on these additional fees along with your nightly fee so that you are not out of pocket when you are charged 15.5% + VAT.  Airbnb take their commission on these extra fees too.

I'm not sure if you're asking whether there will now be a cleaning fee automatically included in the pricing @Olivia1171 ?

A cleaning fee is charged per booking (not per night, so it can't be included in the nightly rate that you set). You have to choose whether you want to charge a cleaning fee, and if so, you have to set the fee in the Pricing tab of the Calendar. That hasn't changed with the new fee structure, you still need to choose what extra fees you want to charge.
