Hi all
I received a message from Airbnb this morning telling me I will be moving to the single fee structure. I was previously on the split fee one. They suggested pressing one button to update my fees, which I did. However, it has taken immediate effect on bookings from now and I am very confused as to when this is actually coming in.
An email from Airbnb says from May 25. The same email has a link to a video to explain the change and that says it comes in on June 22nd.
Does anyone know what is going on? If I raise the price before the change I risk losing bookings but if I leave it and the change comes in then I risk losing money.
Is it bookings made after.....which date?! Or bookings for a date after....once again I'm not even sure which date?
I have messaged Airbnb but have not yet received any confirmation. Perhaps someone else has figured this out.
3% is very different from 15.5%
