Spanish Tourist License - How Many Guests?

Hello

Just added my property to Airbnb, brand new to this.

I have my tourist license which states "4 Places" as we said the property was suitable for 4 people.

However, just had an enquiry for 4 adults and 1 child.

On the license it says "Category: E: Standard; S: Superior
Places: Only places in dormitories are listed, although extra beds can be announced.
L'art. 47.1 of the esmenat Decree extableix that "the tourist habitats are transferred to the complete, not
"permetent-se la cessió per habitacions"
The art. 47.1 of the aforementioned Decree establishes that "homes for tourist use are transferred to the
complete, not allowing the transfer of rooms"

Does this mean i can have more than 4 people or have i misread that?
